The clubhouse facilities may be used for private parties sponsored by Victoria Bay homeowners, for no fee. All clubhouse uses are limited to the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. with a maximum attendance of 100 people. For every 10 guests under the age of 25 years, an adult over the age of 25 must be present.

If any alcoholic beverage other than wine or beer is served, or any alcoholic beverage is sold, the homeowner must also obtain a limited special occasion permit or such other permit required by the North Carolina ABC Commission.
